OUTCOME
Ultimately, the work was very well received, and the team was excited about improving the product. However, after Returnly was acquired by Affirm, shifting company priorities and engineering constraints led to the project being paused indefinitely. While this wasn’t the outcome we had initially envisioned, our work and research still proved valuable, informing future projects down the line.
